Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Olivia's October. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Olivia's October is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
Olivia's October ships via FedEx and UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
Olivia's October does not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 7 to 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@oliviasoctober.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Olivia's October is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and any other members of your household.
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Reach out to us at customerservice@oliviasoctober.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Olivia's October is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@oliviasoctober.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
